Meeting opened with moment of silence in honor of Tony Caswell recently deceased.
REPORTS: The second testing for U.S. census worker applicants will be held on January, 10 a.m. at the Municipal Building. CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) funds available for loan are $48,499.48.
FINANCE/PERSONNEL/INSURANCE - Board accepted insurance proposals for Property, Liability, Workers Compensation and Crime by current carriers. Insurance renewal for employee health insurance was approved with same carrier and further research will be done if a new policy can be obtained.
STREETS/SIDEWALKS - Approved request from Adams-Columbia Electric for the annual blanket highway permit.
SEWER/WATER Approved request from Bug Tussel to allow some changes they want to make per their lease at Water Tower #2. Rental fee paid the village will remain same.
PARKS/CEMETERY - Mertz continues to search for information on purchase of camera equipment to deter vandalism. Approved publication of ad in the Waushara Argus for 2 weeks seeking quotes for grave opening/closing services. Quotes will be opened at next meeting.
MACHINERY/SOLID WASTE/ORDINANCES - Approved proceeding with zoning amendment to permit hunting on specific Ag. Holding Property.
MISCELLANEOUS - Approved operator license application submitted by Cerry Schrader. Board decided not to participate in the Green Lake Area Animal Shelter contract/questionnaire.
